We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Assistant Montessori Teacher to support our Toddler classroom. You will work closely with the Lead Teacher to create a nurturing and stimulating environment where children feel safe, supported, and inspired to explore.
Support the Lead Teacher in implementing age-appropriate lesson plans and activities
Help create a safe, inclusive, and engaging classroom environment
Assist with daily routines (mealtime, naptime, bathroom breaks)
Support students with special needs, including children on the autism spectrum
Collaborate on behavior management strategies
Assist in curriculum development and lesson planning
Foster positive parent relationships and communicate student progress
Maintain a clean, organized, and prepared classroom
Must be 21 years of age
Previous experience in childcare or early childhood education preferred
pervious experience in a montessori teaching environment preferred, but not required
willing to get a Montessori teaching assistant certification
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Have your Bachelor
